What is your turn around time?

All “Standard” services are returned SAME DAY of the appointment. Premium services are returned within 24 hours.

Do you charge for travel?

No, all travel within our service area is included. We only charge a fee to travel to a private islands such as Piers

Do colour floorplans cost more?

We are currently providing colour floorplan upgrades at no charge!

What is your email response time?

During business hours, 8AM – 5PM we reply within 1 hour. If you have an appointment, we will also extend support until 9pm on the day of your appointment.

Can I book your services if I'm not a Realtor?

Our quoted pricing applies to REALTORS® only. Floorplans are not available without the use of a REALTOR®. Please call us for photography or pricing for other services.

Can I request you to take photos when it is a sunny day?

Since we offer reschedule and cancellation free (before 5pm the day prior), we ask you to monitor the forecast and reschedule as necessary for good weather. (See “Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?”)

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, until 5pm the day prior to your appointment, you may cancel or reschedule without fee. Cancellations or reschedules after such time will incur a $35 fee.

How do I book DRONE?

Yes, if you choose “Premium Photos”, “Standard Video” or “Premium + Social Video” we will capture content with a drone. Adding video is a great way to also receive drone photos!
