Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, until 5pm the day prior to your appointment, you may cancel or reschedule without fee. Cancellations or reschedules after such time will incur a $35 fee.
My property address is not coming up, why?

Can I book your services if I am not a REALTOR®?
Our quoted pricing applies to REALTORS® only. Floorplans are not available without the use of a REALTOR®. Please call us for photography or pricing for other services.
I only want photos if the weather is sunny, how can I book this?
We recommend booking no further than 3 days out, as weather forecasting is generally better in the short term. It will be your responsibility to cancel or re-schedule the appointment if it appears the forecast has changed (See “Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?”)
